What Is Included In An Airbnb Turnover Clean?
A real Airbnb turnover isn't a quick tidy. It's a full reset that leaves the property feeling like the next guest is the very first to stay.
Here's what should be included as standard with any professional UK Airbnb cleaning team.
Bedrooms
Beds stripped and remade with fresh hotel-grade linen, hospital corners, no creases. Mattress protectors checked and rotated as needed. Surfaces dusted, mirrors polished, floors hoovered, bins emptied.
Bathrooms
Toilet deep cleaned inside and out. Taps and showerheads descaled. Grout and tiles wiped. Chrome polished. Mirrors streak-free. Fresh towels folded and toiletries restocked.
Kitchen
All surfaces wiped and polished, hob degreased, microwave cleaned inside, fridge checked and any guest leftovers binned. Dishwasher emptied. Tea, coffee, dish tabs and bin bags topped up.
Living areas, hallways and finals
Hard floors mopped, carpets hoovered including edges. Cushions plumped, throws folded, remotes checked. Thermostat set to a welcoming temperature. Photo report sent to host before next check-in.
Linen, consumables and extras
Linen hire and laundry, restock of essentials, damage and stock alerts and same-day cover should all be available. If a team won't commit to those, it isn't really an Airbnb specialist.
