New build cleaning runs to a checklist. Here's ours.
Throughout
All surfaces dust-free including tops of doors and frames. All glass inside and out, no smears.
Kitchen
Inside cupboards, oven, hob, extractor, sink. Worktops polished.
Bathrooms
Limescale and protective stickers off. Grout clean. Chrome polished. Sanitaryware buffed.
Floors
Protective film removed. Hard floors mopped. Carpets hoovered. Edges checked.
Externals
Front door glass, windows, sills, entrance area swept.
